The location is absolutely beautiful with views of the bay, downtown Miami, and Miami Beach. The weather is pretty much always sunny with a nice breeze. The island is small enough to have a neighborhood feel, but just off the causeway so that you can easily access restaurants, grocery stores, etc. North Bay is super pet friendly and you will see people walking the dogs just about any time.
